With 100 mbps of wifi, you’ll have enough bandwidth for HD movies and other needs. ★ Cell Phone coverage★ AT&T and T-Mobile/Sprint have a decent cell coverage at the house and neighborhood whereas Verizon is very limited. Please download checkin information and Wifi password prior your arrival to avoid not being able to communicate with us. ★KITCHEN★ The spacious kitchen has everything you need to prepare the perfect meal, including a electric stove, microwave, toaster and a coffee maker. ★BEDS & BATHS★ The chalet features 1 private bedroom (with Queen bed), a generous sized Loft with 2 more Queen beds and 1 full bathroom with shower. Fully stocked with linens, towels, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner and body soap. ★Outdoor★ In addition to the deck off the main living space, there is an outdoor picnic table, a swing and a wood fort for kids to enjoy. ★ESSENTIALS★ The house is equipped with high speed WiFi and a wood burning stove with ample wood supplied to enjoy a cozy fire at night.

-This house has a septic system. Absolutely, NO flushing of anything other than toilet paper. Appropriate receptacles for other items are provided. -In the winter, we do our best to keep the driveway cleared of snow. However, depending on your arrival/departure time, we can't always guarantee the driveway will be cleared up. Therefore please be prepared for snow, it can easily disrupt your plans! --Additionally, its required that you have AWD or 4x4 to access the property from Nov through Apr. The roads are well maintained but with an elevation of 9,200 feet snow can and will come at any time. We want you to travel safe and enjoy your stay!

Guest Access
You will have the entire house and property to yourself. Only registered guests are allowed, unless specifically agreed upon during the booking process. Any unannounced guests will be asked to leave and the reservation may be canceled at will. You have access to the entire property. You are not just booking the house, but the entire 1.5 acre property; take it all in!

Once you leave downtown Black Hawk and peak-to-peak highway (CO-119) you will be driving on unpaved road. The road is well-maintained and plowed regularly, but an all-wheel drive vehicle is strongly recommended during the winter months. Roadside parking is not allowed anywhere in the neighborhood, so please be sure to park in the driveway of the property. Please note, if it is snowing when you arrive or it has snowed recently and plow service has not yet cleared the driveway, you may need to park at the bottom of the drive and walk up to the Chalet. It will likely be icy under the snow, so please take care when walking up.
